Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at marketing@rensofoods.ca or call (+1) 877-437-9562. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed or shipped.

Returns and Refunds (7-Day Policy)

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order

Once your return is approved and received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Perishable and Food Products

Due to the nature of food products, we may decline returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or partially consumed items
  • Products not stored properly after delivery
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day period

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Issues and Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery:

  • If the package is unopened and in resellable condition, we may issue a refund minus any shipping and handling fees
  • If the package is opened or damaged, a refund may not be issued
